So I had to go to Lowe’s today to pick up some supplies to fix a broken toilet. Always a fun job. As I was browsing the flappers, valves and other geegaws something caught my eye. A bin labeled “Ballcock Coupled Nut Washer”. Sadly I didn’t bring my cellphone, so I lack photographic proof of this, but I’m sure all my plumber readers will be like “oh yeah, you gotta make sure you have a good Ballcock Coupled Nut Washer”. No idea the purpose of this item, and no Lowe’s associate wandered by, so I didn’t find out more or whether or not it required batteries.
