Those that that are offended by profanity may want to skip this entry, but I think this is pretty funny. I've always wondered what it is that make some words "bad" while other words with identical meaning are ok.

Well, The Smoking Gun has selected this for their 2003 Legal Document of the Year award. This motion was drafted to dismiss the charge of disorderly conduct against a teenager that apparently called his principal a variety of profane names.
